Each house has its own entrance, driveway, parking space, demarcated terrace area, sun loungers and barbecue.
(The terrace partition can be opened when renting both houses together, so that you then have a large terrace)
The swimming pool is shared by both halves of the house.

Both halves of the house have the same size and are divided structurally in the same way.

There are free parking spaces on the street in front of the house, the street is a one-way street with little traffic.
The swimming pool (with pool service) is open all year round.
Villa Montgri has its own internet connection (W-Lan)
12 minutes walk to the beach, 7 minutes walk to the Alberes Comercial (with supermarket, cafe, restaurant, bakery, newsagent etc.).
